Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and I strive to be flexible with cancellations and rescheduling. Please notify me at least five hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly.
However, failure to notify me (no-call, no-show) will result in the loss of your booking privileges, or a cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
Late Policy
Timeliness is crucial to ensure we provide the best possible service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, or another technician may assist you.
I kindly ask that you respect my time and the time of my following clients. Rushing through the process benefits neither of us, so let's work together to make the most of our time.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for services under any circumstances. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you’re unhappy with the results, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
