Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (including packaging and tags).
- Non-returnable items include personalized, custom-made products, or items marked as final sale.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at nailsbybonn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
- We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
Late Returns
- If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
